EVERYBODY'S.

A TRIUMPH IK DOUBLE PROGRAMMES.

A search of the film exchanges of the Dominion could not have produced a more brilliant or diversified double feature programme than "The Auction of Virtue'' and "Mr. Doolan of New York," screened to a good house at Everybody's last evening. "The Auction of Virtue" is from the pen of Joseph Poland, a celebrated novelist and writer whoso photoplay, "Tho Cloud," won such unqualified praise at this house last week. It is a dramatic narrative telling a startling story and pointing a keen moral in an unobtrusive way. Naomi Childers stars in the chief role, a part full of possibilities that gives her exceptional opportunities for the display of her great dramatic talents. The story is that of a girl who is asked to choose between owning a Hat and gorgeous gowns and her virtue. The second feature, "Mr. Doolan of New York," is a bright, breezy story of an American pugilist who succeeds in getting into, and out of quite a lot of trouble amongst kings and courts in a small principality on the Continent. Tho same programme will be repeated finally to-night. j
