SHORTAGE OP RECRUITS. Melbourne, Sept. ?. In the Senate Mr. Pearee said there were not sufficient recruits to enable leave to come home to be given to members of the Ist Division. FURTHER ARRESTS OF I.W.W. Sydney, Sept. 8. Members of the I.W.W. who attempted to interfere with a recruiting meeting in the city were surrounded by a largo force of police and seven were arrested.
