Yesterday the New Plymouth and Taranaki committees of the Second Division League wired the Prime Minister, Sir Joseph Ward, Sir James Allen, and Taranaki M.'sP., that in view of tho Ministerial statement that the Second Division ballot would take place next month, immediate consideration be given to the Second Division proposals, and the necessary legislation be passed before the ballot; also that immediate arrangements be made for the medical examination of the .
