GOLF.
i NEW PLYMOUTH CLUB. The final for the Saturday competition of the Club Championship will be played to-day between F. S. Johns, last year's champion and A. Bewley, runner up last year. The winner then meets W. P. Nicoll, winner of the Thursday competition. Next Thursday a bogey match will be played and on Saturday next the monthly St. Andrew's Cross match. During last .week-end several members of the Stratford Club visited the Waiwakaiho links and some'very enjoyable games were played.
