The resignations of the member- of the National Efficiency Board have boon accepted, but the work of the Board is nob to eease. A scheme is at present under consideration for reconstituting the Board, with or 'without a change of personnel. Friction between the Board and the (io,'eminent in futu-is to be avoided by giving one of the Ministers a scat on the Board.
