A wireless Russian official message ifwys: The German offensive at I rtkkuin Grove back our cavalry advance pasts. There is vigorous (Herman artillery fire in the Dvinsk and Jirody regions. The enemy attacked south-west of the town of Sereth. which was occupied, as was a fortified height. Fighting continues in the direction of Okna with varying success. TIIE EX-CZAR. Petrograd, Aug. 22. The train in which the former C-zni* and his fan.ily were travelling to Siberia collided with a freight train at Siialia. No one was injured, «4>ut it was necessary to complete the journey in a steamboat. The 'Romanoffs will reside In tlui Oov-' eritor's house at Tobolsk, surrounded by SOO guards. ■ ■
