ON THE SEA.
CITY OF ATHENS DISASTER. VERDICT OF INQUIRY. Australian Cable Association. Received Aug. 22, 9 p.m. London, Aug. 21. TV. verdict sit the City of Athens inquiry was that the vessel was sunk by v a submerged mine in consequence of having been navigated in the proscribed area contrary to Admiralty instructions. The master's certificate was suspended for six months.
