A French eastern communique says: There is a violent artillery duel in the Cetana beni and north.of Monastir. Our firo caused explosions among two heavy batteries and an ammunition dump. Fifty Allied aeroplanes dropped bombs in the neighßbrhood of Pvilep causing, many fires. '
