Received Aug. 9, 8.15 p.m. London, Aug, 9. The Press Bureau states that at the Irish Convention to-day Sir Uorace Plunkett suggested the procedure whereby the existing scheme of government in ("reland should be examined and presented for the consrdera,tioa.
The Convention decided to appoint a standing committee to consult the chairman regarding general procedure.
