TO STOP IRON SUPPLIES. GSRMANS ENGINEER A STRIKE. Received Aug. 6, 11.40 p.m. I London. Aug. 6. / There are serious strikes at Bilbao; metal workers are out. Fifteen thousand miners have promised to strike on the 12th. Some axe demanding 35 per cent, increase. It U believed Germany is financing the strikers, in order to restrict the Allies' supplies of pig iron and steel plates.
