TIIE HUIA. The steamer Huia, from Wellington, arrived at 8 a.m. yesterday, after a very rough passage, during which she had to shelter for a number of hours at Tatiti island. She discharged 145 tons of general cargo ,and took aboard about 20 lons of produce, sailing last night for Wellington,
