AN IMPORTANT CONFERENCE. KERENSKY GOES TO MOSCOW. Received July 31, 1.55 a.m. Potrograd, July 30. General Korniloff's wholesale execution of deserters is producing a salutary effect;. Some improvement is noted in the Eleventh Army. General Kornilnff has ordered all officer:) and men to return to the army between-the August Ist and 13th. M. Kerensky, Generals Korniloff, Brusiloff, Alexieff, Rus«ky, aiid'Gurko are now conferring at headquarters. The greatest importance is attached to their decisions, the announcement whereof n eagerly awaited. M. Kerensky goes to Moscow forthwith.
