MUSICAL COMPETITIONS. ' The initial stage of the Fitzroy School musical and- elocutionary competitions eventuated yesterday in the Central school, when numerous competitors, some from as far soi'th as Hawera, faced the judge. Class B: Ivan .Pepperill and Apua Skipper. Class C: Evelyn White and Edna Wadman. FOR TO-MORROW NIGHT. Vocal solos (seniors).—Mona Dank, Dorot-Uv Abbott, and Sylvan Leiiland. Recitation—Class C: Apua Skipper and Kvclyn White. Humorous: J. Julian, Gwen Day, May Gray and Gudvein Sorrensou.
