Petrogrod, July 22. iPrinco Lvoff (ex-Premier) not only disagreed with liis late colleagues on the question of land reform, but opposed the immediate proclamation of a republic, declaring that a Constituent Assembly is the proper body. The general staff on the Roumanian front telegraphed demanding the most stringent measures, including an armed force against the rebels.
