BARCELONA QUIET. INTERFERENCE WITH RAILWAYS Received July 22, 5.8 p.m. Renter Service Madrid, July 21. The Minister of the Interior, in a said that Barcelona was quiet, and work was proceeding. The railwayroen'at Vnlentia struck, but subsequently resumed. Reports have been received of the derailment of a passenger train near Varagassa, of a collision at Casp station, between Madrid and Barcelona, and a collision on the Mont Henu railway, at Valentia, all interrupting communications. A SPURIOUS PARLIAMENT DISPERSED. Received July 22, 5.5 p.m. Madrid, July 20 The Governor, aided by the public frrces, entered the palace with firearms at Barcelona, where seventy deputies ami senators, with their leaders, Cambo, Lerroux, and Melquiades, the so-called Catalan Parliament, was assembled, and I compelled the meeting to disperse, without incident.
