Received July 22, 5.5 p.m. Madrid, July 20 The Governor, aided by the public frrces, entered the palace with firearms at Barcelona, where seventy deputies ami senators, with their leaders, Cambo, Lerroux, and Melquiades, the so-called Catalan Parliament, was assembled, and I compelled the meeting to disperse, without incident.
