ON THE SEA.
GERMANS INDIGNANT. HOLLAND THREATENED. Received July Id, 9.40 p.m. Amsterdam, July 10. The Germans are most indignant at the capture of the steamers, alleging that Britain violated Holland's neutrality by bombarding Bergen op Zoom. The Vossich Zeitung says that the whole issue now depends on the attitude of the Dutch Government, which must understand that Germany demands positive measures, not merely words, if it wishes Germany to continue to regard Holland as really neutral. If Holland fails to show firmness, it must resign itself to it 9 fate. CASUALTIES ON GERMAN SHIPS. Received July 19, 5.30 p.m. Amsterdam, July 18. The Telegraaf states that two British destroyers, whilo firing on the German steamers within territorial waters, kiUsd three of the Livink'a crew and Ave of the Leonhardt's crew, besides wounding six of the crew of the latter. The Liviahi. has reached Yrmriden, and the Leonhardt is being towed to HeldeT. A GERMAN CLAIM. , London, July 18.
