ALARM IN AUSTRIA.
VIENNA WANTS PEACE. i Received July 13, 8 p.m. London, July 13. The Daily Telegraph's Milan correspondent says that the Russian drive is producing an alarming effect in Vienna. Latest authentic news from Berlin states that the Kaiser has received the Austro-Hungarian Ambassador, also the Crown Prince. There is the strongest reason for believing that Vienna is strenuously urging the necessity for peace. Socialist papers bitterly denounce the Government for missing the opportunity of reaching a peace with Russia. The Czechs are elated at the Russian triumph. EXPLOBIOX AT MUNITION WORKS. Amsterdam, July 12. A serious explosion occurred in the munition works at Heme, Westphalia, There were numerous casualties. FLOUR PRICES FIXED. Amsterdam, July 12. Flour prices have been fixed for the new German harvest. The order further raises the price of bread. OFFICIAL REPORTS. Received July 13, 7 p.m. London. July 12. Wireless German official: The'enemy was unable to deliver any counterattacks on the coast. The artillery was more active in Flanders, Artois, Lens, and Bntlecourt. Our shock troops, using flame throwers, stormed the English treacbctt at Monchy and captured many prisoners. The artillery is lively at Riga, Sniorgon, Tarnopol, and Ludlek, in east Gabon. We repulsed the Russians at Ochbohara, also in local attacks on the Stokhod. The Russians have reached the west bank of tuc river Lomnica, near Kolasz.
