KO LIMIT TO MEN OONTRIBOTION. Ottawa, July 11. The Hon. Mi*. Meighen, says that Canada proposed to recruit 100,000 men tinder the Compulsory Service Act, but would not stop there; if additional reinforcements -were necessary Parliament would be asked to iprovide them. Mr. Oliver pointed out that 100.000 would still not bring the actual overseas foraes as promised to half a million. . .
Sir R. Borden assured the House that Canada would not limit her contributions >i men if the war continued.
