APPOINTMENT OF N.C.O.'S. Annually the number of non-coipmiii-sioned officers in the Senior Cadets is de plcted owing to some of them reaching the age of IS, when they automatically pass into the ranks of the Territorials, and thus it is that every year new n.c.o.'s have to be appointed. The following are those promoted to non-eomi'hission rank in the Company No. 00 (New Plymouth! Senior Cadets'as from June 1, but it should be explained that among them art' a few youths of Territorial age who have been retained as cadets for the purpose .of assisting the company officers m instructional work:— _ .
