If the fine weather continues there is a' ijhance of saving the vessel. The Cumherland (8903 tons) left Sydney for England on Thursday. The explosions occurred on Friday rooming. No lives were lost. The Advisory Council of Science and Industry recommends the establishment of a permanent institute to increase the output of skilled specialists f)ar tho development of primary and secondary Industries.
