CONSCRIPTION MAJORITY. PROPOSED COALITION GOVERNMENT. Received July 5, 5.5 p.m. Ottawa, July 4. Tliu conscription debate in the Do"minion House of Commons has nearly concluded. The French-Canadian party moved an amendment for an indefinite adjournment, but this is certain to be defeated. It is anticipated the Government will have a majority of 40 in favor of the Dill. 'Sir Robert Borden ('Premier) is consulting the provincial Premiers with the object" of securing their inclusion in a coalition (iovornment. A Labor representative is likely to bo offered a seat.
