AUSTRIAN LINE BROKEN.
BRZEZANY INVESTED. Petrograd, July 4. The Austrian line is definitely broken and the advance continues. General Brusilotf haß ordered the entire army to bo .prepared. Tho enemy is reported to have evacuated Brzezany, which is invested on three sides. Units of four Russian armies are cooperating in the Galician advance, covering a front of twenty miles. Crowds are cheering in the streets. The American Commission is delighted at the reawakening of the patriotic sentiment of the people. The Cossacks aro making speeches in the factories urging workmen that this is Russia's supreme effort. London, July 4. A wireless German official message reports lively artillery work between the Stokhod and the Narajowka. New strong Russian attacks on Brzezany failed heavily.
