RAISING 1,070.000,000 COLLARS. Washington, July 3. The Revenue Bill has been reported in the Senate. It raises IWO million dollars, including income tax 632 millions, excess profits 523 millions, and spirits 110 millions. There arc also taxes on tobacco and amusements. GERMANS ENGINEER RACIAL ' RIOTS. Washington, July 3. It is believed tFat German agents instigated the racial riots at St. Louis for Ihe purpose of hindering the United States mobilisation of troops for Europe. The Government is investigating the matter.
