The Daily Mail's Barcelona correspondent states that inquiries confirm the news cabled that great uneasiness prevails. Everyone is convinced that trouble, perhaps a revolution, ia pending. Some authorities expect an upheaval in August; others exipect the outbreak at any moment. Responsible officials are making comprehensive arrangements to meet trouble. Monastries and convents have 'been given arms, including machine-guns. ,: My impression 1b that the situation is critical," he concludes.
