CONVOKING THE 1916 PARLIANIENT. RE-MODELLING THE SYSTEM OF GOVERNMENT. Received June 2ft. 10.46 p.m. Athens, June 29. A decree is about to be published convoking the Parliament elected in May, 1916, wherein there was a large Venizelist majority, Which Constantino arbitrarily dissolved. The Government intends seeking the King's consent to convoke the National Assembly and remodel the system of constitutional government. FRENCH OCCUPY,AMBHISSA. Salonika, June 28. French cavalry have occupied the town of Antphissa on the Gulf of Corinth between Bralo and Itia. It is recalled that this was the route originally selected for the transfer of the Serbian army from Corfu to Salonika, which finally was effected by. sea owing to the opposition of the Skouloudis Cabinet.
