Alan Hawlcy, president of the Aero Corporation, in recommending the immediate construction of a large number of battle planes and the training of many aviators for the Russian front, said: "The Russians are fighting blindly. The greatest service we are able to render them is in the aeroplane,'' CONTROLLING EXPORTS. WHEAT FOR THE ALLIES. Received June 28, 8.50 p.m. Washington, June 28. The Exports Council decided firstly to control exports of wheat and coal. In order to conserve American wheat, endeavors will be made to speed up the transport of two hundred million bushels of Canadian wheat to the Allies aud neutral nations. Ships in American ports may be called upon to transport Australian wheat to America. j LOANS TO ALLIES. ! Washington, Juno> 27. The United States has loaned .'France 15 million* and Britain 10 millipns. It is announced that the next Liberty Loan will be floated about September.
