GERMAN PLOT TO INVADE FINLAND Received Juno 27, $.15 p.m. Copenhagen, June 20. The Tidenstegn states that Pchrsion, one of the Finns arrested, was the second leader of the bomb plot. He belonged to the Finnish (brigade which was formed in Germany for th& purpose of preparing a German invasion of Finland. Pehrsion and forty compatriots began their preparations in Finland in 1016, but were det&ted and fled to Sweden.
