The next meeting of the Pierrots' general committoe takes place on Tuesday night at 8 o'clock. A full list of the stock of meat and poultry will be published to-moirow morning. It was decided that three practical butchers will be in charge of the shop, and the telephone will be installed. A meeting of the executive was held later, when arrangements were made for tho cleaning and fitting of M. Jones' stables (opposite the Criterion) as a Paddy's Market. Pierrots C. Sadler and Flannagnn will make arrangements. The oy6ter saloon (opened while you wait) will be under the expert charge of Messrs L. B. Webster, W. Jenkinson and ,L. Hoffman. Over 1500 parcels containing articles valued at 5s and upwards have already been wrapped, and the committee will be pleased to have further donations for this, purpose. The depot is at Morey's. Clarke and Thompson, is to be located on the footpath nc-ar Baker's shop. . -'lt was decided to request tlu use of trestles and tables and netting from the the A. and P. Society. Pierrot J. In connection with the art union, which will be drawn at 8 p.m. on Saturday by the raffles committee, it was decided to give every ticket 0 chances, winning numbers being returned to the ballot bos;. >

Arrangements for the grand concert on Friday were completed. It was arranged that a torch-lijirht procession be held from the Bed Efouse Hotel to the post office, commencing at 7 p.m. sharp. Many people may perhaps enquire what- i« to be done with the money that the Pierrots will raise on Saturday next, and how it is to be expended. A pertinent answer to any such questions is this; Have a look at Baker and Co.'s windows, which hundreds of hold-alls are now on view, in fact, the place is packed with them. This is only one of the items that is due to the work of the Women's Committee who are earnestly hacking up the merry Pierrots in their laudable effort on June 30.
