FACTORY MANAGERS' ASSOCIATION.

, ANNUAL MEETING. The annual meeting of the New ZeaI land Factory Managers' Association was held at the iShow Grounds, Palmerston, , on Wednesday. Mr. J. Murray presided. Souness; executive, Messrs. J. G. Ward, G. N. Weir. (P. 0. Q Petersen, 3. Petersen, Harvey, 'Middleton, Fletcher, and Kleeman; seere/tary and treasurer, Mr. J. B. Wainscott; auditor, Mr. W. E. Bendall. A committee was appointed to revise ithe rules, and it was decided to hold ' ithe next annual meeting at Hamilton, if ithat is made possible under the rules.
