ANOTHER PLOT REVEALED. Received June 18, 12.50 a.m. ' Salonika, June 17. At the trial of the Serbian Black Hand plotters, resulting in fifteen years' imprisonment for ringleaders, ex'-General Popovitch revealed a plot to assassinate the Serbian Prince Alexander and reestablish a military oligarchy, supposedly at Austria's instigation. BULGARIAN INTERVIEW WITH THE KAISER. Received June 17, 5.5 p.m. King Ferdinand, accompanied by M. Radoslavoff and Princes Cyril and Boris, visited the German headquarters and interviewed the Kaiser. A complete agreement was arrived at on all questions. the salonhcTarmy. Amsterdam, June 15. The Cologne Volk Zeitung admits that food and railway facilities have been secured for the Salonika army, though it doubts if the Balkan outlook has altered.
