UNIONIST COMMUTE*. APPOINTED. CONDITIONS MXED Australian Cable Association. Received June 10, 5.5 p.m. London, June #. The Ulster Council has decided to appoint a representative committee to confer with Sir Edward Carson and Ulster Unionist members of Parliament, to select delegates to the Irish Convention, and_ to consult with them during tho Convention. The conditions .are:—Firstly, every form of proposal to be Open for consideration; secondly, in the event of failure to arrive at an agreement no party to be bound or committed by the proceedings; thirdly, no scheme to be forced on Ulster Unionists- to which their representatives do not agree.
