P.L.L. CONFERENCE. Australian-N.Z. Cable Association. Received June 4, 9.30 p.m. Sydney, June 4. The fpolitical Labor League vigorously debated a motion in favor of sending a message to the Leeds conference in favor of peace, and to ask Mr. Snowden to represent them; also an amendment to send a similar message to the Stockholm conference. A committee was appointed to formulate resolutions, KING'S BIRTHDAY. Sydney, June 4. The holiday was devoted to a military and naval pageant in aid of the repatriation funds, and to recruiting rallies.
