THE SOCIALISTS' CONFER. ENCE. [AUSTRIAN DELEGATES' VIEWS. Copenhagen, May 31. The Austrian 'Socialist delegation to Stockholm lias issued a statement assorting that the Austrians want peace without annexation or compensation, with the independence of Belgium, Serbia, Montenegro, Finland and Russian Poland. The settlement of the Balkans must be left to the populations there. The Poles in Galicia and Prussia must be autonomous within the AustroGerman empires. CONFERENCE POSTPONED. Berne, May 31. According to Vorvt-urts the Stockholm Conference, which was fixed for June 15, has been postponed till July.
