SHEARERS' DISPUTE.
UNION MANIFESTO. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, May 31. As a result of the failure of the conference between the sheepowners' and shearers' representatives, the secretary (Mr. Grayndler) of the Agricultural and Pastoral Workers' Union has issued a manifesto to members urging them not to shear for leas than 27s (id per 100 smd rations.
