ANOTHER PAPER SUSPENDS LICATION. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Holtitika, Last Night An arrangement has been made where* by an amalgamation of the Hokitika Guardian and the West Coast Times newspapers has been made. In consequence from to-morrow the Times suspends publication. The reason for suspension is the shortage of paper, and the difficulty of obtaining supplies. The Times has been circulating in the district for fifty-two years, and is the oldest-established daily on the West Coast., The proprietors announce that suspension will probably only be far the duration of the war.
