NORTH TARANAKI HUNT.

TO-MORROW'S MEET. '* To-morrow, Thursday, the 31st inst.. flie North Taranaki pack will meet at Messrs. Birdling and Rasper's properties, Waitara, when needless to say, given"fine weather, there will be a great muster of huntsmen and spectators. It is some years now since the Hunt have had the pleasure of hunting over this splendid country owing to it having teen cut up, hut, thanks to good sports like Messrs. Birdling and Kasper, permission ■has been granted once, mare and Thursday is being looked forward to to provide an enjoyable afternoon's sport. The country has been well sparred, which should suit the most timid of huntsmen and from a spectator's point of view it is, second to none. The throw off will be at 1 p.m. sharp.
