HARVEST PROSPECTS BAD. Received May 21, 10 p.m. Stockholm, May 21. The harvest prospects are very bad. The production of alcohol has been reduced owing to the lack of grain, Christiania, May 21. The Food Controller estimates that Norway requires ninety. thousand tons of grain to enable it to carry on till the harvest.
