WAR PENSIONS SCHEME, (Received May 18, 5.5 p.m. Melbourne, May 18. The new war pensions scheme provides that if an incapacitated soldier marries after his discharge, his wife shall receive a pension at the rate of onehalf that of her husband's, and children born after the discharge are to receive pensions on the same scale as those born before.
