LABOR PARTY'S DEMANDS. Received May 13, 55 p.m. ' Jassy, May 12. The new Labor party demands ilie distribution of State land not only to peasants participating in the war, as the Government asked, but to all who are working on. the land. This means increase in the original scheme. The t de? mands' include obligatory universal suffrage, and "ask- for the energetic cutjon of the war until tarism liaß 'been destroyed>;for ever.
