FATALITY AT WAREA.
LAD'S SAD DEATH, A fatal accident occurred at Wmoo yesterday morning, as the result of which a lad, named Leonard Parker, aged IS years, eldest son of Mr. and Mrs C. Parker, of Warea, lost his life. It appears that the young fellow was driving a dt" y in connection with the working of t'iQ Egmont County Council's crushing plot near tho Warea Uiver. By some means the wheel of the dray that he was driving collided with the wheel of another dr.ty, and tho impact caused liim to be thrown off tho dray, a wheel of whieh over his head, causing Instantaneous death. Dr. Wade was at once sent for, and arrived as quickly as |)otgible, could only pronounce life extinct, An in» quest will be held at Warea to-day, Deceased was a very brfpht young (el. low, and very popularwoughout the di*» trict, and his parents will have the syn»« pathy of all in the district in their M<t bereavement.
