SEDITION CHARGES
ACCUSED REMANDED. By Telegraph—Press Association. Christchurch, May 3. At the Police Court, James O'Brien and Peter O'Rorke wera charged with a • breach of the war' regulations at Greymouth, by publishing seditious utterances. The speeches referred to conscription. Both pleaded guilty, and weio remanded till to-morrow. O'Rorke asked for a change of venue to Greymouth, but this was refused.
