The Government offered a total of fifteen trillion sterling, whereof five millions was allottel to the Nordeutscher, but M. Aclielis demanded ten millions. It is„.believed the company will now join the Hamburg-America, tinder Here Bullin, in view of the completion of a huge Austro-German Shipping trint. M. Aclielis opposes tho amalgamation, which the Kaiser is instigating.
