A -procession consisting of 5000 maimed soldiers, who carried banners inscribed: "War to the Death with the Kaiser!" attracted much attention on the 39th Tjlt. < A COUNCIL OF 600. EXTREMISTS IN LARGE MINORITY. Received May 1, 7 p.m. Petrogriul, April 30. The Workmen's deputies have appointed a council of (500 comprised of equal numbers of soldiers and workers, to discuss current affaire. The extremists secured only 95 votes out of fIOC.
