After providing for a number of personal legacies, Mr Bruce makes tig following bequests: jE2OOO to the Wan ngfuiui Hospital; £SOO to the Wangainii Museum; £SOO to the lona Gills' College; £2OO to the missions in India of the Presbyterian Church in New Zealand; £SOO to the Pqrirua Mental Hospital, and £SOO to the Huntervill® ■Domain. The whole of the residuary estate is to 'he applied to aforestation or the making of domains or national paries in New Zealand The trustees are Sir Thomas Mackenzie, Mr A. G. Simpson (Hunterville), and Mr F. P. Hooldej; (Te A'vvamutu).
