At the concluaion to-day of the caste In which miners were charged with organising a "go-alow" strike, a sentence was imposod by Mr. F. V. Fia'ger, EH, of nine months' imprisonment on each of the following Beven men:—John Jooea (president of the Ooal Minera' Federttion nnd president of 'the Huntjy Union), Joseph O'Brien (secretary of the Htmtty Union and member of the Federation executive), Arthur Hordan (vice-president of the flimtly Union), Jaraeß Gumming* (secretory of tlic Waipa Union), John Arbuckle (secretary of the Federation of labor), J. Winnaird and T. Heraon (president and secretary of the Denniston Union). Sentences of two months were passed on Robert Wintle (member of tha executive of the "Pxikeriro 'Union), and John Wesley (miner, Huntly),
