PRISONER CONVICTED AT SAMOA. By Telegraph.—Press As'cmtion. Auckland, April 24. Mr Justice Stringer gave his decision on application for a writ of habeas corpus on behalf of Albert Joseph Urlow, a prisoner in the Auckland gaol, who js serving a sentence upon conviction at Samoa under the criminal code of the Herman Empire, administered under Britislj jurisdiction. His Honor heltl that it was not competent for this Court to inquire into or review the procedure adopted by the Military Court in Samoa by which prisoner was sentenced. He .was in lawful detention under the Wat Regulations. ,
