NORWEGIAN RELIEF SHIP. .SUNK IN SAFETY ZONE. Reuter Servoice. Amsterdam, April 21. Tlis Norwegian relief ship Kongsli, bound for Rotterdam with 8000 tons of wheat was sunk in the so-called safety zone. The second mate is missing, but the remainder, including 19 Americans, were rescued. It is not known whether she was mined or torpedoed.
