The Shipping Board reports that the interned German ships can be repaired at a cost of £IO,OOO. They'will begin carrying food to the Allies at midsummer. 'AUSTRIAN AMBASSADOR SAFE CONDUCT GRANTED. Washington, April 23. The British liavo granted a safe conduct to Count Tarnowski, Austrian Ambassador, who is expected to depart next week. TURKISH RELATIONS RUPTURED. Amsterdam, April 22. Turkey has broken off relations with tlie United States.
