REPATRIATION SCHEME. Melbourne, April 20. Senator Millen outlined the National Government's proposals for the repatriation of soldiers. The Government intend to provide £22,000,000 for land settlement to enable soldier settlers to secure advances of £SOO each. A special branch will provide and maintain artificial limbs and establish workshops for permanently maimed men. DAYLIGHT SAVING. Melbourne, April 21. An inter-State' conference of farmers urged the repeal of the Daylight-Saving Act.
