DECISION OF FULL COURT, By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, April 18. • The Full Court delivered judgment thfs morning in the case Doyle, v. \Vlritohead, the Sunday golf case. The Court was unanimous in uphold* ing the decision of the magistrate that the by-law which prohibited playing or practising golf on Sundays upon any reserve vested in the Wellington City Council was ultra vires and invalid". Tho court held that the by-law*- was to enforce Sunday observance, and T| was therefore contrary to section 9ty of the Municipal Corporations Act, 1008. 'Die court also held that it was invalid ai being unreasonable. The appeal was therefore dismissed with £lO costs.
